My journey through the world of athletics has been both broad and deeply immersive, providing me with a unique perspective that fuels the mission of 208 Recruiting. With over 13 years of experience in marketing, I've honed the skills necessary to promote and elevate athletes in the digital age, ensuring they gain the visibility and recognition they deserve. My marketing expertise is complemented by a rich athletic background, having played both football and baseball at multiple levels. This firsthand experience has given me a profound understanding of the challenges and triumphs that come with pursuing sports at a competitive level. As someone who has lived and breathed the collegiate athletics experience, I bring invaluable insights into what it takes to succeed in this arena. I understand the nuances of what coaches and recruiters are looking for, knowledge that I eagerly pass on to the athletes we work with. This deep understanding is crucial in tailoring our approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each athlete, ensuring their talents are showcased in the best possible light. Beyond my professional and athletic endeavors, I am the proud owner of a semi-pro football team here in Idaho, The Sabers. This venture is a testament to my commitment to sports in our community and provides a unique platform for local athletes to shine and develop further. Coach Martin
Julz is a former Division I basketball player and a successful head women's basketball college coach for nearly 15 years. In her tenure as a head coach, she created a culture of success both on and off the court.
More impressive is the rate at which she helped players receive scholarships to play at the next level. Julz's personal experience as a College Head Coach, and NCAA Division I basketball player gives her a unique insight into the process of getting athletes to not only reach their full potential but to get them to reach potentials, not yet imagined.During her time as a player and coach, Julz experienced and saw firsthand how high school and junior college athletes did not receive the proper information on how to get recruited, receive a scholarship, and have a successful college career. She has since made it her mission to help coaches, parents, and student-athletes put together the correct plan for the student-athlete in relationship to their sport and their goals that will undeniably bring them success. And has put together a team of former college coaches and players that possesses the same qualifications and the same mission.
